76,000 visitors, Transaction Volume of 890million RMB
On April 14, the 13th China Int’l Construction & Decoration Material [Articles] Exhibition (China Build13th) curtained down successfully after four days’ exhibition. In all, 76,000 visitors presented and the transaction volume reached to 890million RMB. China Build has been held for 13 years, which consolidated its status as the vast effective, largest scale, fruitful trade exhibition in Northern China. It’s agreed by domestic and overseas exhibitors & buyers that China Bulld is the best Imp & Exp trade platform in Northeast Asia.
One of the highlights on site is the 2008 China Int’l Construction Material Trade Matching Meeting, which attracted a great deal purchasers from Romania, Russia, Canada, Pakistan, USA, Korea, Germany, Mexico, Spain, France, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Ukraine etc countries and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan regions of China. Thanks to the sincere and innovative work of the Organizing Committee, they made pre-matching for domestic suppliers and overseas buyers; they invited principle leaders of over 100 key domestic construction projects and large construction material markets, which ensure the meeting effective. Through the trade-matching meeting, over 70 exhibitors gained cooperation intention with overseas buyers and totally 430 million RMB transaction is willing to be conducted in near future.
To reward all exhibitors ,the organizer specially held the Main Export Markets Analysis Seminar （Japan，Korea，Russia）and spared no efforts to invite one authoritative professional from each country. Mr. Fukuhara Masanori-Editor in chief of Japan Housing Journal, Mr.PARK INN HARK, President of Korea Interior, Ms.Luolmila Daveidenco- president of Russia Vladivostok Construction Group Company. They all gave excellent presentations from which attendees learned well of related market situation and how to adjust for each market. The Information Release Area of 2008 China Overall Important Construction Projects is another part that attracted most attentions on the fair. Over 300 latest construction projects in China are released specifying under the items of project name, place and date.
According to statistics by the organizer, 77 new products, 40items of new technology are promoted on the platform of ChinaBuild2008, 3 companies even specially held their own promotion meetings.
All exhibitors and buyers benefit at maximum from Series of activities organized by the organizer. More and more enterprises of construction industrial chain are paying attention on China Build-“The best Imp & Exp Platform of Northeast Asia”.

Organizing Committee conjuncts the China Build with the Real Estate Fair, which provide companies with sufficient buyers. China Resources (Holding) Co., Ltd, Yida Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Zhengyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Luneng Real Estate Development Group and Haichang Group showed a strong interest in Aluk’s products and technologies, which made them reach a purchase intent. Many exhibitors and buyers reflected that both effectiveness and organization were improved compared with last event. In order to get to know more buyers, do a good job in product promotion to expand the further results and allow more brands to expand domestic and foreign market, many exhibitors schedule to make a reservation for next year’s booth on the show; A number of specialized executives who attended the meeting also took the initiative to contact the organizing committee for the discussion of next year’s exhibiting events, a number of buyers said that the they will continue to organize the missions to visit and purchase at next event, actually the 14th China International Construction & Decoration Materials [Articles] Exhibition has already been start up when this year’s exhibition is still going on .
